After Hour Emergency Service

Wabash Electric realizes emergencies do not always occur during normal business hours. We're available 24/7 to keep you operating.

   Wabash Electric Supply, Inc.: All branches are on an on-call system to respond to your emergency needs. Just call the local or 800 number of the Office servicing your account for directions on how to contact the on-call representative.

   Automation Solutions Division; Technical Support: Your account representative will provide you with a toll free number for all your technical needs. Along with our inside support, we have available outside specialist with expertise in drive, PLC's, motion, software, device net and all programming support tools, interfaces and much more.

   Information Technology Division: By calling this division a paging system is activated to respond to your emergency needs. Your call will be return by one of our technical representatives. In some circumstances, systems we have installed automatically call when a systems is down or anticipates a failure.

By having our own Information Technology Division, we have been able to develop our systems using the latest technologies, so we can continue to provide cutting edge services to meet the ever expanding needs of our customers. This helps you and us to become more efficient and thus reduces the cost of doing business. Our automation provides us with immediate and accurate answers on stock availability, product alternatives, backorders and billing information. Our automation also gives us the tools necessary to keep our inventory at an optimum level, allowing us to provide you with a higher fulfillment rate on orders. Our continuous commitment to technology allows us to utilize such functionality as Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), bar coding, the Internet, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and other cost effect tools. This helps you and us to become more efficient and thus reduces the cost of doing business.

One reason our company has been so successful is our team of Customer Service Representatives. Providing outstanding service is a result of their product knowledge and commitment to the customer.

Delivery Policy

Wabash Electric Supply's operates a fleet of delivery vehicles delivering parts and supplies throughout the day from each of our 5 warehouse facilities. Orders received are delivered on the first available vehicle. With our elaborate Inventory Management System our Customer Service Representatives can immediately locate product throughout our operation for delivery at the earliest possible time. All shipments made by our trucks shall be F.O.B. delivered. Shipments made by other means shall be subject to freight charges unless otherwise quoted.

Inventory Management System

Our Inventory Management System is focused first on customer needs, not financial considerations or inventory turnover. If you need it, Wabash Electric Supply wants to have it in stock. If this means stocking a seldom used item that is critical to that customer's operation, so be it. Through the use of advanced technological solutions, we are at the same time able to keep inventory levels at an optimum level to maximize order fulfillment.

Returned Goods Authorization (RGA)

Please contact your sales representative for a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization). Return Goods Policies differ from manufacturer to manufacturer and also depend on the type of product. Before goods are returned for any reason, a return authorization number must be furnished by Wabash Electric. Return goods may be subject to our standard handling charge or that which is charged by the manufacturer if the material is returned to someone other than Wabash Electric for disposition.

Warranty

Our warranty with respect to all goods sold shall be limited in all respects to the warranty given by the manufacturer. Our liability is hereunder limited to the direct replacement of a defective item and shall not be subject to labor charges or consequential damages. Claims must be made within a reasonable length of time and defective material returned for inspection before any claim will be allowed. Any replacements of material claimed defective by the customer without approval will be the responsibility of the customer.
